Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
If a project is cancelled by the client after it has begun, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Ownership of partially completed work will remain with Qatrix LLC until full payment is settled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Depending on the payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us, all ongoing work and support will be paused immediately. We encourage communicating with us directly so we can resolve concerns professionally.
